So, before plunging in to the direct business, consult some professionals and gain hand to hand experience. Not only experience but employees irresponsible attitudes and wrong pricing and packaging decisions can also lead a company towards loss.

The success of a wholesale business totally depends on the productivity of its manpower, and unskilled wholesalers tend to have a negative impact on employee productivity and morale.  Besides management, marketing is also a major factor that affects the success of a wholesale business. Wrong marketing techniques can ruin a superb product and good marketing can make a worst product popular.
